1. Client-Side Text Processing

At WordCounter Pro, your privacy is our top priority. All text that you type, paste, or analyze using any of our tools is processed entirely locally on your device inside your web browser.

We do NOT send, transmit, record, or store your text data on our servers. When you close or refresh your browser tab, your text remains in your browser's local storage (if draft auto-save is enabled) and is never accessible to us or any third parties.

2. Cookies and Web Analytics

We may use standard web analytics (such as Google Analytics 4) to collect anonymous, aggregated website traffic statistics (e.g., total visitors, browser types, popular pages). No personally identifiable information (PII) or user-typed text is ever passed to analytics services.

3. Local Storage

Our main editor tool uses your web browser's `localStorage` feature to save an active draft of your text so you don't lose your work if you accidentally refresh the page. You can clear this saved draft at any time by clicking the "Clear" button in the editor.
